I’ve been a big fan of Newton Faulkner, ever since I saw him live back in 2007 when he did his now famous cover of Massive Attack’s epic tune Teardrop.

According to my schedule he is set to release Let’s Get Together on the 9th August, and it’s an absolutely fantastic song. To highlight this fact, I have posted a live performance of it that was recorded during a gig of his at the Jazz Cafe in London.

Trust me when I say it’s definitely worth watching, especially after the breakdown at 02:26 when he gets some amazing crowd interaction going.
