Asher Roth is ready to release his new single entitled G.R.I.N.D. a clever play on words as it doubles up as an acronym for ‘Get Ready It’s a New Day’. DJ Enuff premiered it on the radio over a month ago, but the full dirty CDQ version has only just been released today.

G.R.I.N.D. is surprisingly an uplifting track, with a funky bassline and some Cee-Lo Green style backing vocals.

The 1500 or Nothin’ production is taken from his sophomore album, which he is working on with Pharrell and Ryan Leslie, amongst others.
