I have to admit that in the past I have been sitting on the fence when it comes to Daley, I mean I like him as an artist but there was an air of uncertainty about the direction he was heading in with his music. Today he has banished any doubts that I previously had about him, as he cruised into the Live Lounge with Huw Stephens today to display a level of domination rarely seen from newcomers to the scene.

Not only did he smash the live performance of his fantastic new single “Broken“, but he also gave a goosebump inducing rendition of the Arctic Monkey‘s brilliant new single “Do I Wanna Know?“. For a relatively new artist, this is probably one of the best Live Lounge appearances in recent memory.

To top it all off he even brought in a cellist to play the motherfucking best instrument ever. Totally in love right now.
