Last Thursday Zane Lowe came through with his hottest record in the world which was from new outfit The Neighbourhood who debuted their second ever release “Sweater Weather“.

Containing several recognisable hip-hop elements, but mixed in delightfully with some strong rock instrumentation, it’s hard to deny that The Neighbourhood have a bright future ahead of them, even though we only have “Female Robbery” and “Sweater Weather” to sample thus far.
