I guess it was only a matter of time that dubstep heavyweights Skrillex and Nero would join forces, especially after their hugely popular collaborative remix of the latter’s “Promises” last year. It comes in the form of a track supposedly titled “Game Over” (probably a fan concoction, haven’t seen any inkling as to whether that’s true or not) and it’s a heavy hitting and superbly-produced slice of bassline-heavy dubstep, and seems to draw heavily of Skrill’s current penchant for lasers. Not complaning in the slightest, you can hear the trademark sounds of both parties involved here, so there’s a huge likelihood that this is legit. It was first labelled as a remix of Moby‘s “Thousand“, but it appear as though it’s just sample-heavy.

Hope this sees a release date soon – but chances are we’ll have to a very long time before we can get our hands on the original mix. Teknim edit for now, which you can stream below.
