I was directed towards this mashup by a friend of mine quite recently and I must admit I have been loving it since. Sub Focus and Ludacris, what’s not to like?
Not quite sure where the EP for ‘Hawaiian Air’Â is yet but when it comes out this remix by Seiji has surely got to get the nod. Chilled.
Or you might prefer this version by Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaur.
This mashup comes courtesy of Wiz Khalifa, who included The Thrill in his pre Black ‘n’ Yellow mixtape days, naming this particular one Burn after Rolling. Its basically Wiz rapping over Empire of the Sun’s ‘Walking On A Dream’. Well worth a listen.
A massive past 12 months for Two Door Cinema Club who’s popularity has led them to a decent spot on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury, which is pretty impressive for a band with just one studio album behind them which came out over a year before said event a week or so ago. This remix is of their latest single Something Good Can Work by Ted & Francis which is actually pretty old but one they may have slipped under your radar. I like this mix but the trumpets in the middle section do seem awfully random. An undoubtedly good mix though.
Adele is huge at the moment isn’t she? Here’s a remix of her number one single Rolling In The Deep by Villa, which I much prefer to the original.
Here is a remix of Set Fire to the Rain by Thomas Gold. H-U-G-E.
