Do you like dubstep? How about live music?

Modestep are the first band to do exactly that. During a performance they incorporate; live drums, guitars, synths, pianos, vocals, percussion and DJing creating a melodic filth that really stands out from a lot of the generic dubstep that is being released recently.

Their debut single Feel Good was debuted as an exclusive on the UKF Dubstep channel on YouTube and since Christmas Eve has received close to 1.4 million views. The video itself shows people skanking regardless of where they are, the office scene is my favorite by far (watch for the face of the man at 1:18).

Mistajam from 1xtra has been supporting the track heavily and put it as his record of the week, since their love for Modestep is increasing daily. They are definitely one band I am really excited to see live and I’m hopeful for their future releases. The single is released February 7th so expect to hear this track a lot over the next few weeks.
