We’ve had a post queued up for LAYLA for the past week, but now our girl has come through with not just one but two stunning songs, but then again what do you expect thought from one of the most talented UK female artists we have written about this year? The first track is “For You“, and it’s taken from LAYLA’s forthcoming “Weightless” EP, due 10 November. Initially very subdued and dulcet, it has LAYLA’s textbook crescendo-like buildup towards a simply stunning finish. The cherry on top comes from an interpretation of Sundara Karma‘s “Indigo Puff“.
What a talent.
