Carrying on the recent trend of talented female artists going in over dark and brooding instrumentals, comes the latest release from LA-based Kelela. “The High” is a brand new effort that is produced by The Gifted & The Blessed, and the chances are that you will fall in love with it on first listen.
Kelela was of course featured on our 80 Artists To Watch in 2014 post, and her inclusion is rightly justified based on the consistent high quality work that is coming out of her camp recently.
