It was announced in December that hip-hop superproducer Just Blaze and (one of our selections for the “Blog Sound of 2013“)Â Baauer were heading out on tour together across North America. It therefore came as no surprise to see today that the duo have just unveiled a collaboration called “Higher“.
This track is exactly what you would expect it to be, and it has exactly the right dose of each artist’s signature sounds. “Higher” could well be appearing in a lot of mixes you’ll be hearing this year.
Just Blaze also has an EP coming out on Fool’s Gold very soon, and Baauer has a new release in the works for LuckyMe records. Exciting times.
