If you haven’t heard already then Jamie xx is about to spring his debut solo album “In Colour” upon us in the coming months after releasing an incredible array of singles and EPs over the past few years. Today he dropped two brand new cuts form the album via Annie Mac’s Radio 1 show, including a duet with fellow friend and band-mate Romy Madley-Croft.
In the similar vein to the recent solo work we have come across, this is an intricately assembled blend of perfect guitar loops, chopped vocal samples, and delicate piano chords.
