One of the major issues I had with Kanye West & Jay-Z collaborative effort Watch The Throne was that they fucked with samples that didn’t need to be touched. Case in point was track #9 – Who Gon Stop Me, which for the first half used an unnecessarily modified sample of Flux Pavilion‘s mega anthem I Can’t Stop.
DJ Benzi & DJA have gone halfway to correcting the problem by blending both tracks together, but please for god’s sake someone get me the acapella for Who Gon Stop Me and i’ll do the damn thing myself.
