After a world premiere from Mistajam last week on 1xtra, Finnish producer 501 comes through with an exceptional dubstep rework of Drumsound & Bassline Smith‘s forthcoming Tom Cane-featuring single “Through The Night“.

This comes as a sort of follow-up to his other recently commissioned remix of Nelly Furtado‘s “Big Hoops“, and demonstrates why he’s one of my favourite producers out there right now. Synth-heavy, superbly produced – a fantastic alternative that matches, if not betters, the original in my book.

Out on 29th July, accompanied with no less than 6 other versions of the track – including other remixes from Bare Noize and Marco V.
