Billionaire (aka John J Sterry) is the lead singer of Gaoler’s Daughter, who’ve previously played with the likes of Babyshambles and Graham Coxon. Sterry has released two solo tracks via SoundCloud in the last few weeks, “Tammy Paints Pictures / Trustees” and “Poverty Line” which both have us hooked so far. I’ve found it pretty hard to hide from “Poverty Line” over the past two weeks, and when that happens it’s usually for a reason (catchy as fuck).
