BBC Sound of 2010 - Delphic

Firstly, I have to apologise for my absence. University has been killing my life over the past few weeks and I have had a shitload of assignments to complete recently which has limited my ability to post up on here. But I’m back now. With a vengeance.

I already loved these guys before I heard any of their music. Why? Because Delphic, are a four-piece who rose about a year ago out of the ashes of disbanded group Snowfight In The City Centre – who I adored. They are described as being very similar to New Order, which really isn’t a bad thing. The BBC describes them as “indie guitars and euphoric electronica”.

Their debut album will be called Acolyte and will be released on Polydor Records on 11 January 2010. Take a listen to four tracks from them below:
