Any new material from Bat For Lashes will always be well received by myself, so I was delighted when I heard that Natasha Khan had recorded a cover of Depeche Mode‘s hit Strangelove.
Apparently Gucci creative director Frida Giannini wanted Natasha to cover the track for the Gucci Guilty advertising campaign because “Natasha’s voice is bewitching and her music is dark, yet fascinating.”.
I wholeheartedly agree, and if anyone from Gucci is reading this then don’t let me stop you sending a sampler in my direction.
