KiD CuDi is still one of those artists in the industry who still remain an enigma to me. I was under the impression he had gone off the rails when he announced that he would be forming a rock band called WZRD with long-time collaborator Dot Da Genius, but it looks like they are still on course to release their self-titled debut album on February 28th.

The first bit of material from the album has just gone on sale, which includes the surprisingly brilliant Teleport 2 Me, Jamie. Can this authentically be classified as alternative rock? I don’t think so, but it’s CuDi doing what he does best and that’s more than good enough for me.
