I should have posted up Switch‘s new track I Still Love You last Friday after Annie Mac broadcast the world exclusive but this comes better late than never.
I don’t really need to describe I Still Love You as listening to it will give you everything you want, but I’ll give a little backstory before you listen.
After collaborating with some of the world’s biggest pop stars (M.I.A., Beyoncé, etc.) as well as being half of Major Lazer, Switch wanted to get back into producing his own music. He has done exactly that, and subsequently has enough material now to drop a new track for us every single week up until Christmas.
The first of which is I Still Love You, which features vocals from former En-Vogue/Toni Braxton/Monica writer Andrea Martin, recorded in only one take inside of Switch’s kitchen in LA.
If that’s not amazing then I honestly don’t know what is.
