Star Singer has been blowing up on every kind of western music blog going in the past year and for good reason too. After remixing tracks for the likes of Alex Winston, Deerhunter, Rizzle Kicks, and Gold Panda (amongst others), today he has finally debuted his first official single, Dumbin which features Reggie B.

Star Slinger is a big fan of collaborations and the UK-based DJ specifically produced Dumbin with Reggie B in mind. As you will be able to tell from Dumbin, he has drawn inspiration from house music and R&B to create a fresh experimental sound. The one thing I really can’t get my head around at the moment is the off-beat drums, it just plays havok with my mind.

Apart from that, it’s all good baby, baby!
