Snow Patrol just premiered the lead single entitled Called Out In The Dark from their sixth studio album Fallen Empires.

It sounds a like more electronic and synthy than a lot of their previous work, but I guess like everyone else they are moving with the times. As a comeback track it’s probably a good choice too.

Called Out In The Dark is due for a UK release as a single track and an EP on 4 September, with Fallen Empires to follow before the end of 2011.
