We already know that Jakwob has a talent for spotting talent, which is evident from the selection of stunning vocalists he has worked with over the years. Even though he signed to Shy FX‘s Digital Soundboy in 2013, he still has his own label Boom Ting Records charging full steam ahead, with the latest release being “Energy” by a newcomer called Sakima.

He has worked with Ryan Hemsworth and Cyril Hahn in the past so you can probably guage where abouts this track sits even before listening. It’s a delightful piece of music though, with no surprise that the vocal performance is the standout.
