Anywho, here the is the new single “Russian Roulette” from the eagerly-anticipated fourth studio album Rated R, due November 2nd 2009. The song was written and produced by Ne-Yo, so if you don’t like it, blame him! That’s one sexy single cover by the way. Damn.
