Here it is, the Red Hot Chili Peppers‘ new single The Adventures Of Raindance Maggie.

The single is the first song to be taken from the band’s follow up to 2006’s Stadium Arcadium, and it was just leaked to the internet this morning. It was supposed to be given its world premiere on Zane Lowe’s BBC Radio 1 next week, but that obviously isn’t happening any more.

Red Hot Chili Peppers’ 10th studio album I’m With You is their first album since 1995’s One Hot Minute which was recorded without guitarist John Frusciante, and it will be released on 29th August.

The official music video for The Adventures Of Raindance Maggie, bizarrely, will be directed by young femcee Kreyshawn and we very much are looking forward to watching it.
