After LMFAO‘s incredibly impressive 4 week stint at the top of the UK singles chart with their previous release Party Rock Anthem, I was assuming that the boys would want their next single Champagne Showers to match or even improve on that performance.
This track is further evidence that LMFAO’s production has considerably improved since their last studio album, but the decision to include Natalia Kills on the track is laughable. In fact, I cannot remember the last time I heard a cameo go this wrong.
Who honestly thought that her auto-tuned screeching sounded good? I can’t say that I’ve ever been interested enough in her as an artist to listen to everything she puts out, but I’m pretty sure that she doesn’t normally sound like this?
