I was expecting Lady Gaga’s Telephone video to hit the Internet today, what I wasn’t expecting however was that it weighs in at around nine minutes long. The content before the music kicks in is definitely expected to shock (you’ll see what I mean), and it doesn’t stop there either.

The video is directed by Jonas Aklerlund and Lady Gaga, and you can really see the creative input she has over the video. I was disappointed by the flagrant and somewhat embarrassing corporate sponsorship which is constantly on show, but from their perspective I guess it was a good way of covering costs.

The highlights of the video arrive after Beyoncé enters the foray, when we are treated to some very well worked choreography. Anyway enough talk, you have over nine minutes of video to watch! Enjoy.
