Here is the debut album from last year’s X-Factor runners up JLS. This album has been hot anticipated and the rest of the album’s songs have been kept tightly under wraps.
I have say, on first listen this album is pretty disappointing. To quote Maddy Costa of The Guardian, they unfortunately seem to have gone down a Westlife/Blue route when they could have made so much more with this album. Granted I can’t blame them too much, acts that come straight out of reality talent shows tend to have very little creative control over the content and style of their first album.
However, reading some of the comments about the album over at Last.fm I seem to be in the minority, they are raving about how amazing it is! So maybe I’m wrong, you decide! Again this is going to be one of those albums where it really doesn’t matter about the quality of the material being sold, people will still flock out to buy it in droves.
