Don’t listen to Jakwob’s debut single Here With Me with any preconceptions about the sound. I did and I was totally off the mark.
Don’t get me wrong though, I don’t mean that in a bad way whatsoever. I was expecting a high tempo monitor destroyer, when in reality what I heard was more of a laid back affair. Jakwob seems to be going down the same route as the Skream by broadening the horizons of the dubstep genre – which is a good thing I feel. What do you think though?
