At long last the Friendly Fires are back, and they are ready to release their sophomore album Pala, of which the first single is the fantastic track Live Those Days Tonight.
Apparently it is inspired by the old school rave scene, and they are definitely elements of it there. The main commonality is that it instantly makes you want to get up and dance.
Perfect festival material for the summer I would imagine. Pala is out May 16th on XL Recordings (<3). We can’t wait.
