With a Baauer remix and a furious discussion about the proposed vocalist already in the bag, Disclosure‘s new track “You & Me” has taken up an extortionate amount of my life in the past 24 hours, but I’m not actually too fussed because it’s kind of amazing. Featuring Eliza Doolittle on guest vocals, Guy and Howard took the the liberty of performing it at Coachella the other day, and somebody actually caught a reasonable quality live recording of it. Whether this video’s existence will speed up the track’s release (arguably as was the case with “White Noise“) is still in question, but whenever it drops it has real potential to be the boys’ first number one.
It was also revealed yesterday that their debut album “Settle” will drop on June 3rd. Everything’s kind of falling into place for these guys right now.
UPDATE: The track will get its premiere via Annie Mac’s Radio 1 show this coming Friday.
