Back in 2011 Daley was included in the BBC’s Sound of 2011 poll, but we didn’t actually hear much from him that year apart from in August 2011, when he released his ten track “Those Who Wait“ mixtape.
Finally though he is about to release his first official single “Remember Me” in the UK, and he has signed up one of the most popular women in UK pop at the moment, Jessie J, to provide the hook.  The single just got its première and it samples the 90s classic “Remember Me” by Blueboy, but I can’t really make my mind up as to whether they have done it justice or not. If anything, in my mind it’s probably Jessie that lets the side down on this one, her vocals just aren’t nearly as powerful as the original.
