Everyone seems to be gushing over the leak of Cut Copy‘s new single Take Me Over, but I couldn’t help but feel slightly cheated when I first listened to it. Within the first five seconds I was asking myself whether I had heard this track before.

It turns out I had. Men at Work – A Land Down Under & Fleetwood Mac – Everywhere.

I have trouble enjoying a song when it sounds too similar to songs that I am already very familiar with, and that is the case here. Disappointed.
