As most of you should know, yesterday was Record Store Day around the world, where lucky punters were given the opportunity to support their local independent record shops by getting their mits on some of the most hotly tipped vinyl releases of the year.

Amongst those was a record that I have been personally dying to get my hands on, which is the Jamie xx Edit of “Reconsider” (and “Sunset“) by The xx. We of course were the first blog to bring you the exclusive edit, so it makes sense to revisit the track now that it has had a proper launch.

If you are lucky you might be able to pop in to a participating store to get your hands on a copy still, otherwise Young Turks are putting a limited release online later next week.
