If you hadn’t realised that Lady Gaga is set to return with her third studio album “ArtPop” then you have probably been living under a rock for the past few months. It’s set to be released on November 11, 2013 through Interscope Records, with production coming from the likes of Madeon, Fernando Garibay, DJ White Shadow, and Dallas Austin.
“Applause” has already been confirmed as the first single to be released from “ArtPop” on August 19, 2013, but it looks like we are receiving more than she bargained for as a leak of album cut “Aura” hit the net a day ago. Most likely produced by German electro specialist Zedd together with Israeli trance-duo Infected Mushroom, it’s a real frenetic track packed with a whole host of different musical influences.
I didn’t know what to think on first listen, but after a few more tries it definitely starts to make more sense.
