I haven’t had the chance to give Kele’s debut album The Boxer the proper listen through that it deserves yet, but I have given it a once over, and Rise instantly stood out to me as one of the picks from the album.
It has an absolute mass of old school dance beats after a slightly misleading intro, and it definitely showcases the direction that Kele has decided to head in for his solo work.
The Boxer is available next Monday (June 21st), so go out an buy it then! Meanwhile, check out Rise below:
