A few weeks ago Coldplay made the surprise announcement that the Queen of Pop Rihanna would be joining them on their forthcoming album Mylo Oxyloto for a track called Princess of China.

Today Princess of China was leaked onto the Internet in its full glory, finally unveiling one of the biggest collaborations of the year. I have to admit that I’m really feeling the sound, just like I have been with their two previous singles too, which gives the indication that their new album will be huge.

In other news it was revealed last week that Coldplay will be playing an intimate gig for Radio 1 at the University of East Anglia. Very rarely do you see stadium acts such as Coldplay in such a small venue, so it’s safe so say that I’m extremely jealous that nothing like that happened while I was studying there. Sob.
