Swedish House Mafia have just released the official music video for their new single One (Your Name) which features Pharrell Williams.

We briefly touched upon how effective simplicity can be, when we looked at Ellie Goulding’s music video for The Writer. The same applies here but in a slightly different way.

For me, the beauty of this video resides within the first minute of its inception. We the viewers can ‘see’ how the structure of the song is progressively built upon by using a midi keyboard that is probably the size of an average guy’s shoe.

And it’s that simple to compose a certified club banger isn’t it? Slightly annoyingly, yes it does makes you think just that.

If only it was that easy..
