I was going to throw up the official music video up for LMFAO‘s new single Party Rock Anthem three weeks ago, but I totally forgot to post it. Well that was until I was listening to the UK’s official midweek chart update where I found out they are currently sitting at #5 – three places above Katy B‘s new single.
That wasn’t the only thing to make me laugh, their video for it is also quite hilarious too. Very loosely based on the apocalypse thriller 28 Days Later, the video sees the boys battling against a hoard full of dancing zombies headed up by America’s Best Dance Crew Season 3 winners Quest Crew.
LMFAO are unashamedly all about party music and by not taking themselves too seriously they come across to me as pretty decent guys. Hopefully they will chart even higher come Sunday.
