Weeks after its official digital release, Britney Spears has finally got round to releasing the official music video for her new single Hold It Against Me. The music video was directed by Jonas Akerlund and put together by X-Factor choreographer Brian Friedman.
I’m not really sure what the point is of releasing a music video for the single so late on, but it seems like this was created specifically with product placement in line. If you weren’t a fan of Lady Gaga‘s Telephone video because of the blatant in-your-face advertising then seriously don’t bother watching (they even share some of the same sponsors).
Apart from that it should work up a little bit of extra hype for her new album Femme Fatale.
