After making a decent impact on the charts last year with a slew of single releases, Delilah has been slightly quiet on that front recently, but that is all set to change with her forthcoming single “Breathe” (which features Liam Bailey). Delilah dropped into Radio 1’s Live Lounge today with Fearne Cotton to support the single, as well as to promote awareness about her forthcoming debut album “From The Roots Up“, which is scheduled for release later this year.
As well as performing a live rendition of “Breathe“, Delilah also decided to cover Nneka’s Rita Ora‘s brand new #1 single “R.I.P.“, and she did a pretty good job of it too, putting a delightful reggae infused twist on the original. Check both renditions below.
