CHVRCHES dropped into Huw Stephens’ Radio 1 show today for a festive edition of the “Live Lounge“. Only one of the band was dressed up in proper winter jumper attire, and that probably summed up their choice of cover as it’s one that not a lot of people associate with Christmas (although I beg to differ).

The group chose to take on East 17‘s legendary “Stay Another Day“, whjich was the UK #1 all the way back in 1994. Wow. Memories. For those of you not from the UK and therefore probably unfamiliar with East 17, then get2know.
