There’s no denying that The Weeknd is on course to become one of the biggest pop stars in the world, fulfilling a prediction that we made several years ago. His latest material, which seems to have been produced via a mixture of new producers (Max Martin, et al.) and more traditional sources (Illangelo), is simply some of the best pop we have heard for a while.
