I’ve just stumbled across this remix of Marina & The Diamonds’ “Mowgli’s Road” by Russ Chimes, and predictably, it’s brilliant. When you listen again to the original, it is impressive to see what he has achieved with this remix. Everything seems to come together beautifully, especially when the track gathers pace towards its amazing climax.

As I mentioned previously, it’s no surprise that this remix is another piece of excellent work from Russ. He produced some incredible remixes in 2009, my highlight being his remix of Frankmusik’s ‘Confusion Girl’. It could be argued, however, that this is Russ’ finest work to date. Listen below:
