We haven’t heard any new material from Ellie Goulding since her appearance on Skrillex‘s “Bangarang EP”, but it looks as though she may be gearing up for the release of her forthcoming sophomore album as today she dropped a promo cover of The Weeknd‘s “High For This“.

I don’t think it really holds a candle to the original, but at least thanks to Xaphoon Jones there is at least some decent production to drive this cover onwards.
