When we caught Azealia Banks‘ debut UK show all the way back at the end of last year she brought along with her a cheeky three-piece band called Dems as her support. We really liked a lot of the material that they played in that slot, but obviously time has passed since then, and they have since been hard at work in the studio cooking up some new jams.

The first of which is a brand new track called Inner O which got its debut with Jaymo & Andy George on their In New Music We Trust Radio 1 show the other night when they were asked to provide cover for Annie Nightingale.

If you have heard their stuff before then you will know that Inner O fully utilises their trademark sound. Strong, yet delicate layered instrumentation complimented by the fantastic falsetto vocals of lead singer Dan Moss. Wonderful stuff.

They are supporting Azealia Banks on her small UK tour next week, so if you’ve already got tickets then you’re in for a treat.
