Ahead of the release of their debut album Ways To Forget on 23rd April, London four-piece Clock Opera have let loose their remix of Charlotte Gainsbourg’s latest single “Anna“, taken from her fourth studio album Stage Whispers.

For some reason it was shoved as the last track on the single’s EP release, and very little was made of it – but whether this was unnecessary trepidation on Clock Opera’s part or a deliberate tactic is unknown. But what we do know, is that this is an irresistibly feel-good effort from the C.O camp, taking the original’s sultry vocal and adding all the necessary elements to make this yet another smash to add to these guys’ almost disturbingly good back-catalogue.

Very excited for the album, but for now you’ll have to make do with their “Anna” rework below. Be sure to grab it from iTunes HERE as well.
