HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!

This was unexpected to say the least, as last night Pete Tong gave us the world première of Russ Chimes‘s brand new release “Back 2 You“. As long time readers will already know, Russ Chimes is probably up there as one of my favourite contemporary electronic artists, so you can imagine how excited I was tonight to finally hear some new original material.

This is a fresh new sound from Russ, as he elegantly dabbles with some computer game style, warm, glitchy samples, over one of his trademark infectious beats. We are definitely looking forward to the full release of “Back 2 You“, as well as his forthcoming EP which is expected very soon.
