Muse were asked to write the leading single for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, and they delivered Neutron Star Collision (Love is Forever).
What to make of it? I’m not sure really.
Muse have been featured on the last two Twilight soundtracks, but this marks the first time that they specifically produced a song for the movie (or any movie as a matter of fact). And unfortunately it does sound like that a bit.
It’s a bit campy and devoid of any serious rock and/or roll, which is a shame. It’s like a watered down version of Knights of Cydonia.
However, I could be wrong and it could be a grower. Time will tell!
