Mikky Ekko has been steadily building his profile since exploding into the public’s consciousness after getting some credit for his work with Rihanna, with the announcement of his debut album “Time“, which we can expect later in the year.

Of course recently he was involved with the impressive “Stranger” with Chris Malinchak, but it’s back to his solo work now with “Smile“, which is a bit more downtempo but comes fully loaded with a brilliant crescendo. His album will feature production from a host of producers including Stargate, Clams Casino, Dave Sitek, and Benny Blanco. Wow.
