Hurts – Confide In Me (Kylie Minogue Cover)

Hurts dropped into The Sun’s studios the other day to perform three live tracks which included: Wonderful Life, Blood, Tears & Gold, and a surprise cover version of Kylie Minogue’s classic hit Confide In Me.

There are two reasons why I think Hurts chose to do this cover:

1) On their debut album Happiness, Kylie Minogue features on a track called Devotion. What better way to make this fact known than to do a Kylie cover?

2) Out of all of Kylie’s songs, Confide In Me has the darkest sound and style that I think fits Hurts down to the ground – it’s a match made in heaven.
